Bioanalytics

We combine natural science and health science in a number of different research areas within bioanalytical chemistry. The unit is equipped with analytical equipment that can analyze roughly all small molecules.

Clinical Forensic Medicine

We focus on violence and sexual abuse among children, young people and adults. The research covers a broad spectrum within the field and sheds light on how knowledge-based efforts are central to reducing crime.

Forensic Imaging & Osteology

We conduct research within advanced diagnostic imaging with particular focus on trauma and conditions that affect the bone tissue. The section has a wide range of facilities for scanning and anthropological analyses.
