With a Master of Science in Biomedical Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a interdisciplinary foundation and technical expertise. Since 2012, I have conducted research at the Departments of Forensic Chemistry and Forensic Medicine, focusing on untargeted metabolomics and analytical chemistry.
I manage the full analytical workflow—from sample preparation and method development to data processing and biological interpretation. My work involves advanced LC-MS techniques using Q-TOF and QTRAP platforms coupled with liquid chromatography. I have substantial experience with data processing in XCMS, as well as univariate and multivariate statistical analyses, and mapping of metabolic pathways.
