My research focuses on the role of diet, including the content and composition of nutrients and bioactive substances, in digestion, absorption, and metabolism of monogastric animals, as well as human nutrition.
My core competencies include: 1) Expertise in assessing the quality of foodstuffs, including chemical and in vitro analyses, 2) Development of in vivo animal models for studying digestion, absorption, and metabolism.
In addition, I am doing research communication for the department.
